After many rumors and leaks, Google is finally releasing it’s most awaiting phone Pixel 4a. The world’s top search company has revealed 4a’s information a day before, so here’s what you need to know about Google’s latest and cheapest smartphone.
As of now, Google is focusing on releasing just a single model, and not any series yet. It has a 5.8 inch OLED screen, which helps to get cleared on display compare to it’s earlier models 3a and 3a XL. The phone has a hole-punch display for a camera instead of a water-drop or notch on the top.
The phone is powered with Snapdragon 730G chipset with 6GB Ram and 128GB internal storage that means 4a stacks up extremely well to other smartphones in pricing. Moreover, the phone has a headphone jack and the same AI-featured 12-megapixels camera which Google has used in its flagship phones for years.
Let’s talk about software: The Pixel 4a holding some new active features. one of them is Google Assistant, by which you can easily turn on and off the voice recording, plus you can ask it to find the previous recordings too. The personal safety app helps you to stay protected if you’re going to some unknown place, the app helps you for the emergency locations by syncing some time for the particular location. Google also adding the Live Caption feature to more than transcription your podcast. the device can display subtitles for your phone (or Whatsapp, or Telegram, etc) calls.
Pricing: The phone is $50 cheaper than its earlier version 3a which sold for at launch last year. You can not miss out on the battery life of Pixel 3a, though. Google has found the easiest way between Pixel in single color and efficiency to sell the mid-range phone for less.
5G: Google has not revealed its 5G launch date but just shared the 5G version of Pixel 4a would be launched later this year.
